CORE VALUES
Fun, Hospitality, Teamwork, Community
FUN
Make each day positive, enjoyable, and fun! Fun is in everything we do. We share our love for food, fun and pickleball with everyone we meet.
COMMUNITY
Building a strong community is the heart and soul of everything we do. We source ingredients from local farms, bakeries, breweries, and wineries because supporting local businesses uplifts our community. We give back to local schools, and charities because giving brings us joy!
HOSPITALITY
We enthusiastically welcome everyone into our kitchen and backyard. We create memorable experiences for everyone because seeing other people happy makes us happy.
TEAMWORK
We are happier together. Being on a team that creates a fun and challenging environment makes us excited to come to work. We have each other's backs because we love to see each other succeed.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
At 23|Kitchens, giving back is at the heart of what we do. Over the past two years, we’ve proudly donated more than $20,000 to local schools, businesses, and organizations that make a difference in our community. Whether supporting education, small businesses, or charitable causes, we’re committed to making a positive impact—because when our community thrives, we all thrive.
